So last week there was a lunar eclipse. I called up :iconwhazel: and :icondugonline: to see if they were up for braving the cold with me to watch this spectacular event, and of course, they were!! So we met at Thompson Hill in Proctor, MN to watch the event.

It was amazing!! I've never seen any kind of eclipse before, and while it was slower than I expected, it was so beautiful to watch!! And, much to my surprise, I was actually able to capture the beauty!!

The picutre turned out great. I wanted to get a picture of it, but it was cloudy where I was at. I love your picture though, its beautiful.

:D I watched that too! It's the second lunar eclipse I've seen and I'm a little sad that there probably won't be another untill 2010 :(

btw awesome shot ^^ and I'm glad you took it, we tryed taking some pictures but my camra broke ^^;
